Our centres foster a nurturing environment for the well-being of families and individuals. For over 19 years Community Partners for Success has been building healthier children, families, and communities by providing needed services through our various programs. Our Trenton Resource Centre helps families and individuals who are struggling with food insecurity by offering a weekly dinner program on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as a breakfast program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. We also offer emergency food hampers, frozen meals, and a clothing room where clients have access to free clothing, undergarments, footwear and outerwear. Our Resource Coordinator assists clients with resource supports, referral services, informal counseling, and harm reduction. 

Community Partners also operates Before and After School Programs in Stockdale and Batawa, and Summer Camp that is offered in Frankford each summer, along with a licensed Daycare in Belleville, with hopes of licensing another in Trenton in the near future.
